It's goin' smack dab in the middle of the U.S. of A. (Saint Louis, MO.)
I hope the fine folks around here will have a chance to drop in, when travelling north to south, east to west..., you get the idea.
We'll be startin' the build-out in the next few weeks. We been kickin' around different names for the place. I might come up with some finalists and have you guys vote on it.
I'll try to keep you up-dated on progress.
Thanks again to eveyone, hope you're all out by the grill enjoying this great day, your great friends and family, and last, but definitely not least, great BBQ!!

I think Billy said it best.
Just an additional thought, maybe you want to add the state or country the person is from after the quote. It would give the reader a better sense of how the traditions of BBQ reach to all states and across many borders. Good luck with the new venture.
