Baton Rouge actually got 5.5" of snow today wow. I made it to work before all the fun really started but off tomorrow to work on more unpacking so planning to fire up the WSM and put something on it. Not sure what maybe a butt they are on sale this week thought I'd start the thread this week, now that I've got power back.

ANNUAL CHRISTMAS PARTY WITH FRIENDS AND BUSINESS ASSOCIATES MEANS , CONFORT FOOD, SAUERKRAUT WITH SAUSAGES AND SERVED OVER LUMPY MASHED TATERS. CIOPPINO , KINDA FISH CHOWDER WITH SCALLOPS, REDFISH, SHRIMP, GARLIC TOMATOES ETC.. WHOLE SMOKED BEEF TENDERLOINS WITH CRUSTY SOURDOUGH TOASTS. NEW CHILI MIX I HOPE TO HAVE COMPLETED FOR NEXT FALLS DEER HUNTING CAMP ETC.. OF COURSE THE MARGARITA MACHINE WILL BE CRANKED AND ALL ITS FRIENDS WILL BE INVITED.. DID I MENTION BARBECUE .....NOT!!!!!

normally do not do beef, but seems it's on the menu for the Fam this w/e
Hanger Steaks, Skirts steaks, n smoked Beans wff leftover brisket, peppers n wotever else I got in the fridge that needs to be cleaned out ..
