I am from Hattiesburg MS,and I work for the government. I have enjoyed cooking for many years. I have always cooked on a charcoal grill, but just recently got into smoking (Indirectly). MY brother went to culinary school on the east cost and is a chef, so he and I trade recipes.

I guess hogzillas is a BIG UAB fan!! Of course, he might just be talking about Samford!? Hogzillas, don't you realize that Auburn does not come to Birmingham anymore?

John Pruett
Huntsville, Alabama

I am an engineer, NOT the sports editor for The Huntsville Times... though I do get his mail and phone calls including invitations to Alabama Crimson Tide events. Too bad I am an Auburn fan.

Cooking for 20 years, Qing for only a few.

I am 40 and hope to meet some of you char-actors at a Q event when I get these 3 kids raised and settled a little more.
