Has anyone used a Lang 84 with a Guru? I am trying to figure out if it would change much to go with a Guru and my Lang 84 clone.

I've seen people doi it. But they still feeding the wood to them.
The Langs I've used didn't need a draft fan .... they draft fine.

Mines not a lang but it drafts fine I was just wanting to get a longer cook time out of it but that is kind of why I was asking. I didn't want to waste $500 if I didn't need too.

I cook on Lang Smokers and have never seen the need for a Guru. They draft so well and hold consistent temps on their own. Now if somone made a automatic wood dispenser that might come in handy!

I can see it now Munchee's Wood Guru System. Actually there would be a big market for that but with wood being so big it would have to be a pit design and not an add on later on.
