i have to say to anyone looking at Ed's cookers that you will find them to be exactly as He says!
he was a pleasure to deal with, honest, and even gave me a new bag of charcoal, hickory chunks, and touch up paint!
Ed had to work the day i picked up the cooker, but hiw gracious wife was kind enough to help us. she was very nice to my wife and daughter and was a pleasure to deal with!
thank you ED. i love the cooker, we had it fired up by 2:00 and cooked on it til 11:00 pm last night!
