I cooked some chicken, sausage, bologna and 4 gallons of Brunswick stew. I pressure washed and re seasoned my old stumps elite. I forgot what a cooking machine it is.

Doing a slider buffet with pulled pork, some leftover beef clod that I had smoked the other day and will shred, and burgers. Will have carmalized onions, slaw, blu cheese, mushrooms,and halapenas as toppers with baked beans & mac & cheese as sides.

3 slabs ribs, some chicken thighs, turkey breast for a neighbor who shot it a couple of weeks ago, a pork loin and a pot of bean And sausage soup.
