Will be on the road so will not be smoking anything this weekend. Going to visit family and will be trying to use a charcoal grill to smoke a meatloaf for them.

I had a great cook. I used Home BBQ mango rub And a pineapple glaze. It was a great flavor profile. I used my ez duz rub with a slice of bacon wrapped around the corn with the shucks pulled back up and wrapped in foil. I have a chub of bologna on now.

I grilled burgers and dogs for 25 on Saturday for grandson's 3rd birthday party.
Smoked a couple lbs. of salmon to take to Ohio for Father's Day. Basic cure of light brown sugar, fine sea salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and couple dashes of Spice Exchange Habanero Hot Sauce.
Low temp smoked @ 165 degrees - on my 18 1/2" WSM for 4 1/2 hours using white oak for smoke. Vacuum packed and in the fridge waiting to go.
