bugger,
Is the school geared toward competition cooking (four categories, building boxes, timing, meat selection/prep, etc.) or geared for general
backyard cooking? Didn't see on the facebook.
Thanks

The school is for "Comp Cooking". Everything you need to know from start to finish of a professional BBQ cookoff. Forrest taught the school last year and did an outstanding job. I have been cooking BBQ contest for 13 years and had no idea how little I knew about competition cooking until I took this class.

On Sunday we will have 25 to 30 certified judges set up in the class room at tables just like they were judging a contest. All participates will have the opportunity to cook, box and turn in their chicken entry and have it judged while they watch and ask questions to the judges...

It is an inexpensive but extremely valuable learning experiences. You can call me to reserve a seat 912-256-4114.

Thanks for asking your question...

Talked to Bugger today and I'm on the fence no longer. Sounds like there's going to be a lot to learn about competition bbq.
For only $150.00 and the heavy hitters teaching this class, it was just too good for me to pass up. Really looking forward to it, wish it was next week!
