I have searched all over the site, and find no sufficient information on this subject, and I know the correct information is out there among all you organizers and promoters.
Here is the scenario - assume your cookoff has met the requirements for any of the four bigs: JDI, MIM, AR, or HLSR. You have declared your GC.
After the cookoff, is it the organizer / promoters responsibility to send any particular information to the four bigs? Or does the sanctioning body send it? Or does the GC contestant send it?
If so, what paparwork? It is probably different for each of the four big contests, so where do you find it or get it?
Is there a contact name at each one to send it to and how do I find them?
Does anyone have the updated specific requirements and contact information for each of the four bigs?
