Thinking about cooking some steaks tonight. I may not even have to fire up the grill since it's already 102 degrees here.

The wife is having all the other Mommys over for drinks tonight, so I can't be smoking up the backyard. IK tried to tell her it will keep the bugaboos away, but to no avail. Anway, I'll be inside with the AC cranking, sipping some Johnny Walker Double Black, while the cackling hens are outside talking about facebook.

I wish I was born with two stomachs. All the best, Al.

Cooked 3 butts for work folks on Wednesday and then cooked a couple of 12 1/2 lb IBP butts and a 17 lb CAB for a big family get together yesterday. I gotta say, my pork has been on the money the last month or two. The brisket was probably the best I've ever cooker. I just may be getting the hang of this BBQ thing.
