My point was that there's a bunch of hubub in reference to a Stump's smoker getting out done by a Jambo smoker. No mention of the cooks running the smokers. Hence, the old saying is "It's the cook, not the cooker".
The OP seems to be putting the idea out there that the opposite is true.

HECK WE WERE OFTEN OUT-CLASSED BY SHINNIER MORE SCIENTIFICALY, PUT TOGETHER, SMOKERS THAN THE FARMER TYPE CONSTRUCTION OF MY OLD HOLSTEIN. SOME POINTED AND GUFFAWED. THEY WERE VERY SURPRISED TO SEE A GUY WITH UNCOMPLICTED MACHINERY, OFTEN LEAKING SMOKE LIKE RUN AWAY TRAIN, STANDING ON STAGE AS THE WINNERS NAMES WERE CALLED. "ITS THE COOK" NOT THE COOKER, SHOULD BE OBVIOUS TO ANYONE IN THIS GAME..
