Explore New York City's barbecue landscape with Mike Mills, Amy Mills, and Paul Mackay as your guides. Participants will be treated to a behind-the-scenes tour at five unique barbecue joints, an opportunity to meet and mingle with the management teams and, of course, a sampling of mouth-watering barbecue and unique side dishes.
"The New York barbecue scene has exploded and there is a variety of delicious 'cue to be found," Amy Mills said. "The restaurants we'll visit are operated by some of our very good friends who will invite us behind the scenes and showcase their own special style of hospitality."
