We also got the chance to try out the new and improved Rest EZ Blanket. These insulated resting bags work great for any larger proteins that need a longer resting period after cooking is completed and they also fit nicely inside the Drip-EZ tubs for transport if needed. The blankets are sized at 21.25” long x 8” high x 16” wide and come in a variety of different colors as well. We tested the blanket after cooking steaks and found the bags perfect for letting multiple steaks complete their cooking process. We folded over the excess bag size and kept the juices sealed in compartment with the steaks inside and they turned out super.
